This workshop is just that - lets open the toolbox and learn about key project management tools that you can use to initiate, plan, implement and close out your project.

What do I need to define a project - a Business Case, Project Brief, Project Charter or a Statement of Work....or all of these?

​

There are a range of documents that can be used to manage a project. This can be quite a confusing mix of possible options let alone the amount of time required to create what you need. Often, information can be duplicated across different documents or people have different expectations of want should be included in them.

​

In this workshop, we work through the documents that you can use, learning how to utilise them effectively and gaining the opportunity to start completing key documents for a relevant project - whether it is planning your project, identifying risks or closing it out.
