Project Management Essentials (2 days)

What am I supposed to do?

Is there anything I’m missing?

There must be an easier way?

I just feel like I’m fighting fires all the time.....

Projects. Love them or hate them, but they are a core part of any working environment today. Project Management is an essential skill set in today’s environment. There is the expectation that people will just be able to run a project however, training or guidance are rarely provided.

So, what do you actually need to do to run a successful project…..without continual stress, long hours, and firefighting? And that may be on top of your usual job!

This workshop identifies the key aspects of projects that should be dealt with and when. We cover tools and techniques to help you understand the key phases of a project and, that most vital component, managing people and their expectations.
