Problem Solving and Decision Making (2 days)

I just can’t find a way to solve this problem?

I have a number of solutions. What is the best one?

Is there a better solution? How can I come up with it?

We make decisions every day but effective problem solving to make a good decision isn’t a natural process. Basic decisions are driven by need (I’m hungry, should I buy that chocolate bar?). Major decisions that we need to make in our life or at work can be very difficult to reach, particularly in complex and challenging environments. Sometimes, decisions can be made based on an apparent problem without really identifying what the actual issue is.
